Ballet has been an integral part of my life since a very young age, influenced by my parents, who were both professional ballet dancers in Cuba. Growing up in such an environment, I was naturally drawn to the art form, spending countless hours watching performances and videos that ignited my passion for ballet.

A vivid memory that stands out is a DVD my mother owned, featuring great pas de deux performances, including Baryshnikov’s Don Quixote. His incredible technique and artistry deeply inspired me, fuelling my dream of one day mastering those steps and dancing like him.

This early exposure to ballet led me to pursue professional training. I trained at EPDCYL in Burgos from 2009 to 2016, and then at The Royal Ballet School in London from 2016 to 2017. My professional career began as a Demi-Soloist with the Slovenian National Ballet from August 21, 2017, to August 20, 2018. I then moved to Theater Dortmund as a Soloist from August 20, 2018, to August 27, 2019, and am currently a member of the Corps de Ballet at Aalto Ballet Essen since August 27, 2019.

Teaching has always been a passion of mine, inspired by observing my parents as they mentored their students. From a young age, I felt a strong desire to pass on my own knowledge and help aspiring dancers improve. Witnessing my students grow and develop is immensely rewarding, and I am committed to supporting them throughout their ballet journey.
