In ballet, you need a certain understanding of the body and its movements. We use our bodies to show shapes, figures on stage, which we ultimately call ballet dance.
Our course “Stretching for Ballet” helps us to develop this understanding of the body.
“Stretching for Ballet” is an interaction of various stretching, strength and coordination exercises, which in turn serves as preparation for ballet classes. Our goal is to improve and develop physical flexibility and elasticity, as well as movement amplitude.
It also helps us avoid unnecessary body injuries and optimize our musculoskeletal system.
Our motto for the stretching class: body understanding, comfort and balance are brought together in one.
Misha specializes in the field of sports therapy and structural osteopathy. He is also an accredited stretching instructor.
